Thanks for the giveaway! My favorite activity is walking, used to be super hard for me to do.  Now I walk all the time. I hope to step it up to running soon and to face my fear of the gym! I'm loving being able to move more!

My favorite way is to walk and take the stairs whenever I can.

I stay active walking and yoga.   Hiking is really nice way to exercise. 

When I can I also love skiing, but I don't do that very often. .

I try to stay active as much as I can by riding my stationary bike and using my hand weights. I also like dancing.

I am a scuba teacher and I love to swim! It isn't what you look like it is what you can look at! The oceans are incredible! I am thrilled about how future weight loss will help improve my comfort both above and below the water!

I stay active by utilizing 2 gym memberships. One I go to pretty much for cardio and the other I go to for group classes and personal training. I have found that the group classes hold my interest more but when they don't fit into my work schedule I go to one of the "big box" gyms to at least get my cardio in.

I Love running! It's the one exercise that I crave and truly love doing!
