I like Zumba Gold. It's like baby Zumba. I love to dance but don't feel funny there shaking all my jiggly bits right now. The beat and music put a smile on my face as do looking at everything shaking their hips and having attitude! I am bright red, laughing and exhausted when I finish. That's a good thing :-)

My favorite way to move is walking everywhere. Then in the winter time I do Walking away the pounds dvd.
While I'm not yet ready to attempt aerial yoga (yet), for the fist time in quite a few pounds I have been able to play with the grandsons on the playground, including climbing, hanging and swinging upside down and generally keeping up with the kids...
While I have reached my overall goal, now I am working on the more difficult process of ongoing maintenance.
Still a work in progress.
My FAVORITE? Dancing!
But my hubby isn't a dance fan. So walking outdoors with music blasting through my headphones is almost as good!
My favorite way to stay active is anything outdoors with my dog Buster!! Hikes, walks, runs, chasing, going to the park. He's my motivation to get moving and even though we love to cuddle on the couch as well, there's nothing better than feeling us both catching our breath after an early morning jog and knowing that without my RNY, I would never be in that position. He makes it special.
