Reconstructive Surgeries with Dr. Michaels - 6/5/2017 (LBL & brachioplasty), 8/14/2017 (UBL & mastopexy), 11/6/2017 (medial leg lift)

This weekend I will be in Orlando walking around theme parks. I hope to also run on Saturday and Sunday.

M: weights (focus on legs, core) and mixed cardio (totaled 25 minutes)
T: weights (focus on back, tri/biceps, core) and elliptical for 10 minutes, jogged on treadmill for 15 minutes
W: Day off (staff meeting, will be late)
TR: weights (deadlift, calves, squats) and stairclimber 20 minutes, treadmill 10 minutes
F: weights (Upper body with short barbells and free weights/core) and elliptical/stairclimber combo
S: weights (hack squats, chest, core) and elliptical/treadmill (jogging)
Su: Day off
I am spending more time in the sauna this time of year to warm up the ol' muscles!!!

Wednesday - 1 mile walking, 6 miles MAF.
Thursday - 1 mile walking, 4 miles MAF.
Friday - 2.5 miles walking, 6.5 miles running
