How do I train for this half marathon? What is a reasonable expectation?

They posted the map online, complete with % grade. The most steep appears to be 5-7 for a LONG time. Not too bad as I occaisonally mix 4% into my workouts already. But there is a very steep -11% decline. Yikes. The dreadmill only goes to mile 3%.
Good to hear about cross training. Love body pump, piloxing, skating and tae bo. So i will just have to squeeze the running in! :)
will have to work on abs.
