What's your plan for the week?
Last week was my first full week with my new plan and a) I did it and b) it was AWESOME. I've started lifting AND a half-marathon training plan. I dropped a few fitness classes to make time for the added lifting, and my days are a lot smoother now. Good changes all around.
M - yoga at home
Tu - running, stretching, lifting
W - pilates class, yoga class, relaxation class
Th - running, stretching, lifting
F - pilates/yoga class, tai chi class, pilates class
Sa - running, stretching, lifting
Su - yoga at home (Sa and Su might get switched depending on weather, obligations, etc.)

I started a marathon training plan with my DCTRI group. We did our first long run on Sunday (9miles /8minutes). Presurgury could not have walked it!
M: Rest and stretch
T: Runabout 10k or 50 min
W: Swim and track workout
T: Swim and run 50 minutes
F: Spin/TRX, long run 12 miles
S: Rest day watching Kona Ironman
S: Jillian Michaels Body shred, Run
Monday - 6 miles run/walk
Tuesday - 6.5 miles run/walk
Wednesday - 4 miles run/walk
Thursday - 8 miles run/walk
Friday - 8.5 miles run/walk.
