Up late and got hooked on a Zumba infomercial
Subject says it all...hahahahaha, a few weeks ago I couldn't sleep. I got locked in on this Zumba infomercial. I do Zumba several times a week and thought "Oooh I could use this when traveling." I finally did one of the DVDs yesterday because it was rainy and I missed my run. What a workout. I was sweating like crazy.

I love my T25 video that I bought after an insomniatic channel flipping session. I find it a good balance of intense cardio with body weight strength exercises. The only downside is that working out from home is the hardest, motivationally. If I have to go somewhere, I'm much more likely to do the workout. From home I find myself putting it off or quiting early.

At my gym, there are men AND women that do no other exercise than zumba. And boy can they rock and roll!
I think zumba is one of those classes that really brings people into the gym that wouldnt otherwise come. It is so much fun and burns so many calories, people get hooked and keep coming back.
Turbokick box/tae bo peopel would go to a gym like title. People who love step and traditional aerobics still woudl come to a gym.
But those who love to dance and party, zumba just sucks them right in...
