I haven't played golf since I lost the weight. I doubt it will help much! I was not that good when I was at this weight in the 80s.

I am a 2 handicap. Since I have lost weight my game has gotten worse and worse. I've decided that I need some time to get used to my new body and build up some strength. I have no idea where my swing plane is without my gut in the way. It's literally the only downside of the surgery.

This is the first week of my new plan! I started a half marathon training plan today - it's a slow and long one, 24 weeks! I also started my New Rules of Lifting plan. I'm super excited!

Monday - yoga at home
Tuesday - running, stretching, lifting
Wednesday - pilates class, yoga class, relaxation class
Thursday - running, stretching, lifting
Friday - pilates/yoga class, tai chi class, pilates class
Saturday - running, stretching, lifting
Sunday - yoga at home

This will be my schedule for the foreseeable future and I think it's a good one.
