Saturday - 1st 10K race, goal 72 minutes....actual....74 minutes.

Bought a new pair of shoes and killed a 5 mile run in 43:51. Was nice to get below 9 minute miles.

Saturday and Sunday - Golf (club championship! Got to defend the title!)

I did my first 10k on Sunday!! And I felt great by Wednesday morning!! Yay rah! It's a low exercise week for me due to recovery from the race and a trip up to PA for some appointments with my dad. Next week I'll be starting my new routine and I can't wait.

Monday - yoga at home
Tuesday - physical therapy
Wednesday - yoga at home
Thursday - yoga at home
Friday - was supposed to go to fitness classes, but I slept in since I needed sleep more + physical therapy
Saturday - yoga at home
Sunday - running and yoga stretching (I'll be doing the Zombies Run Virtual Race 5k!)
