You are welcome! I was definitely a stair step loser. I would go 10-12 days with zero weight loss or even slight gain and then I would drop 2 to 5 lbs.

Monday-Missed weights. had to sit in the house all day while the internet guy took 8 hours! setting up the internet. Dumb rural living.
Tuesday-5 mile run
Wednesday-missed my run because it won't stop raining. Instead did a bunch of pushups and situps all day in my office under my desk.
Thursday-finally stopped raining so got in my 5 mile run
Friday-Weights and a run in the afternoon to catch up missed Wednesday
Saturday-7 mile run
Sunday-Golf
