After have been off the proverbial bandwagon WAY TOO LONG I decided to get back to business. Bought a fitbit one due to arrive tomorrow, bought a brand new treadmill pretty decent middle of the road from Dicks Sporting goods a Sole f63 and eliptical plus training for 5k Dec 5th I did last year. I have 50 lbs I want to comfortably loose so I need your help.
