Wednesday 7th, 3 mile run

Thursday 8th, 3.5 mile run

Friday 9th, 5 mile hill run

Saturday 10th, 7 mile beach run.

Oct 18th, is my next half marathon. Nike Womens half marathon in San francisco. I cannot wait.
