I've been following my marathon training plan for 4 weeks now. It's really slow in progressing. Weird to have to tell myself to turn around and go back so I don't run to far.
Monday-Weights
Tuesday-3 mile run
Wednesday-3 mile run
Thursday-4 mile run
Friday-Weights
Saturday-Golf (might have to cancel to go shopping with Mrs.Bad)
Sunday-6 mile run
VSG: 3/12/15
Your plan has your running those short distances to prep for a marathon?
I am prepping for a 10K on the 31st. I have been averaging about 25 to 30 miles per week.
