New obsession: Pound fitness
Just have to share about this awesome class I started this week. It's called "Pound", and it's a cardio class that uses drumsticks. It's extremely fun, not high impact, and can easily be modified for different fitness levels. I just love it! My hip flexors, hamstrings, and Triceps felt a great burn today. If you're looking for a fun new workout to try, I highly recommend checking if any fitness clubs in your area offer it!
