Well i am finally able to start back running after i hurt my hip. thank goodness since my half marathon is oct 17th.

Monday sept 28th one hour with the trainer

Tuesday sept 29th, one hour with trainer 2 mile run

Wednesday sept 30, 2.5 mile rune

Thursday oct 1, 3.5 mile run, one hour with the trainer

Friday, oct 2, one hour with trainer

Sunday, Oct 4, 6.5 mile beach run
