Monday - 1 mile warm up/cool down. 7 miles MAF training.
Tuesday - 1 mile warm up/cool down. 9 miles MAF training.
Wednesday - off day
Thursday - 1 mile warm up/cool down. 7 miles MAF training.
Friday -5 miles MAF
Saturday - 9 miles maf
Sunday - 14 miles on the bike.

I've been off the boards for a while. I have completed 2 triathlons, 2 aquathons, and I will be doing another triathlon on the 10th. :)

Thursday - traveling to my mom's house 13 - 14 hour trip... ugh!
Friday - run
Saturday - run
Sunday - run
