Carb Intake

Thank you so much for your response, I have found a happy balance with carbs now . . partially thanks to my dietician but also listening to my body. I don't feel "catatonic" anymore.

I have started hot flow yoga as well, just a few times a week . . I absolutely love the way I feel when I am done both physically and emotionally. At the suggestion of a trainer I know I now do one day yoga, one day cardio (45 min) then one day weights and the next day rest. I have found this to be a happy balance that works for me :)
