Weekly Workouts 9/14-9/20
Monday - physical therapy (I fired my physical therapist last week and started with a new one today. Much, much happier.)
Tuesday - physical therapy, walk, yoga stretching, yoga class, pilates class
Wednesday - pilates class, yoga class, relaxation class, personal training
Thursday - physical therapy, walk, yoga stretching, pilates class
Friday - pilates/yoga class, tai chi class, pilates class
Saturday - some combination of bowflex, walking, and yoga stretching
Sunday - 5 miler!! Sadly I have to walk it, but whatever. It's a race and I'll be doing it which is better than not doing it!

Monday - 1 mile warm up/cool down. 7 miles MAF training.
Tuesday - 3.3 miles walked. 15 minutes MAF training on the elliptical.
Wednesday - 7 miles, 1 mile warm up/cool down. 6 miles MAF training.
Thursday - 30 minutes MAF training on the elliptical.
Friday - 8.5 miles, 1 mile warm up/cool down. 7.5 miles MAF. HUMID!! 78 degrees and almost 90% humidity.
Saturday - off day - Texas A&M Football game at 11AM.
Sunday - off day - picking up my mom in Houston. She is done with her cancer treatments for awhile.
