NO weekly workout
So last Sunday, i did a long 12 mile beach run and hurt my hip. I have a half marathon coming up in October so i am working with my chiro to get me back on the road. I took the entire week off last week. I did get in my 10,000 steps per day but that was not from running. I see her again on Tuesday and we are going to discuss my running. fingers crossed that i get back on the road. Have a great week.

Hi there,
I love her as a doctor so I have faith. So gets that you want to work out so it will be soon. I see her tomorrow night and I am sure that I can get in some running after that. I do have a 10 miler planned for Sunday so will just have to see. Today I start back with the trainer but will not work it to much. Today is body weight Monday so lots of push ups, planks, sit ups. fun fun...

You might consider an orthopedist followed by physical therapy.
