Weekly Workouts 9/7-9/13
The first full week of my new schedule! Sort of. I have appointments on Thursday and Friday that are causing deviation. I still can't run (or aikido) due to my hip, but I think it's getting better with physical therapy.
Monday - yoga
Tuesday - walking, yoga stretching, yoga class, pilates class
Wednesday - pilates class, yoga class, relaxation class, personal training, physical therapy
Thursday - physical therapy, pilates class
Friday - walking, yoga stretching
Saturday - bowflex, yoga stretching
Sunday - walking, yoga stretching

Monday - off - knee was still bothering me from Saturday. I think it was a mild gout attack.
Tuesday - walked and ran 6 miles, mostly walked. Took it easy coming back after being off for 3 days.
Wednesday - Practice 5K in 35:44, just off my PR. Hopefully can do better on Sunday.
Thursday - .5 miles walking to warm up and then 4 miles doing MAF.
Friday - 5 miles MAF training
Sat - bike
Sun - 5K race
