MAF Training
Anyone here heard of this or practiced these methods? According to his guidelines, I should maintain a HR of 118-128(I am 52). I tried it today and I had to jog at 5MPH and then walk for a while to maintain that range. My rough estimate was I was running about 40 seconds and walking about the same. I ended up averaging 4MPH over 4 miles.
I am going to try this for 3 months and see how I progress.
