Hi there,

not sure if I had sent back a message.  But you 5k run was amazing.  Damn you were flying.  I noticed you do a lot of running also.  It was before surgery and still now my favorite activity.  Now it is just a joy though.   Well once I am back from my hip injury that is.  But I think this week I will be released to do some slow short runs.  I start back today with my trainer who I also love so life is good.

but once again amazing on the speed.

have a great day
