Hi there,
not sure if I had sent back a message. But you 5k run was amazing. Damn you were flying. I noticed you do a lot of running also. It was before surgery and still now my favorite activity. Now it is just a joy though. Well once I am back from my hip injury that is. But I think this week I will be released to do some slow short runs. I start back today with my trainer who I also love so life is good.
but once again amazing on the speed.
