Weekly Workouts 8/31-9/6

The first week of my new life!  My new fitness schedule starts on Wednesday with the Fall semester and I will also be a full time college student for the first time in 18 years!  Eek!  Not entirely sure what this will mean for my exercise life and time management, but I'm going to do my best.  (I'm still not allowed to run.)

Monday - physical therapy, yoga
Tuesday - walking, yoga
Wednesday - pilates class, yoga class, relaxation class, personal training (new pilates class!!)
Thursday - walking, yoga, pilates class (another new pilates class!)
Friday - piyozing class, tai chi class, pilates class, physical therapy
Saturday - bowflex, yoga
Sunday - walking, yoga

Monday - 1/4 mile speed intervals(run at above 5K pace for .25 miles/walk .125 miles) - 4 miles total. Walked another 3 miles.

Tuesday - .6 mile warm-up walk.  7.1 miles in  1.5 hours run/walk intervals. 1.4 miles cool down walk.

Wednesday - 2 mile warm up walk. 1.5 miles hill work(running up a hill and walking down) and then 1.5 miles cool down.

Thursday - off

Friday - 8.5 mile walk.  Just too hot and humid where I was to run.

Sat - Off - knee was bothering, probably gout.

Sun - Same

Surgery Date 04-22-14 HW 2011 388(lost 60lbs on WW, regained 40) Surgery Consult Weight 1/10/14 - 367 SW 357 - CW 9/15 210.

Stalls are your body's way of telling you not to get too cocky.
