I am finally HOME for an entire week.  Which means I get to have a "normal" exercise schedule.  Well, normal aside from the fact that my hip is still busted so I can't run and I start physical therapy on Tuesday, but I'll take what I can get.

Monday: yoga at home (this is my rest day)

Tuesday: walk with a few attempts at running if I decide to wake up in the morning, yoga stretching, yoga class, physical therapy

Wednesday: yoga class, relaxation class, personal training

Thursday: walk with a few attempts at running, yoga stretching

Friday: piyo class, tai chi class, pilates class

Saturday: bowflex, yoga and essential oils class

Sunday: walk with a few attempts at running, yoga stretching, kundalini chakra immersion and meditation class

And I'm sure I'll have a second physical therapy session, but no idea yet when it'll fit into the schedule since I'm fairly booked this week.  I think I'll need to talk to my therapist about only doing it once a week and then just really rocking the home exercise plan since I have no idea when I'll be able to fit PT into my life once school starts in OMG THREE WEEKS.
