May be a repeat question Working out & Stalls

I was just curious if anyone experienced a stall when they first started working out.  I was just released to really "put in the work" and my weight hasn't changed in the last 3 days.  I am just curious if this is my body in shock and holding on to water or what?  My exercise consists of either 45 mins cardio (elliptical or treadmill) 2 times a week and a 30 min circuit training 3 times a week.  Any feed back would be wonderful!

I did.  Then I dropped a lot.  It might not have been the exercise as I am a stair step loser.

Stalls are your body's way of telling you not to get too cocky.

Sure.  My weight will stall for any reason it wants from adding a new fitness class to the phase of the moon.  Just keep working your program and the weight will drop.
