Monday - 6.3 miles walked/ran in 1:45. 1 mile on the elliptical in 8:15.
Tuesday - 2.25 miles on the elliptical in 20 minutes. 4 miles ran/walked in 51:30. 1 mile walked in 17:30
Wednesday - 1.2 miles on the elliptical in 11 minutes. 3.12 miles RAN in 36:24, a new personal best for 5K. Ran/walked 2.12 miles in 28 minutes. Cool down walk 1 mile in 18 minutes.
Thursday - 1 mile on the elliptical in 9 minutes. Walked/ran 2.5 miles in 36 minutes.
Friday - 2.25 miles on the elliptical in 19 minutes doing 4x4 intervals. 7.1 miles in 1:40 run/walk.
Saturday - 36 miles biking in 3:15
Sunday - 1.5 miles walked in 22 minutes, 6 miles ran/walked in 1:04, 15 miles biking in 1:45

Yes you will. When I started out 15 months ago, 21-22 minutes was a good time for a mile. Make sure you have good shoes and think about getting a heart rate monitor.
