August Goals
120 miles walk/run.
120 miles biking.
1 hour per week on elliptical doing interval training. I had stopped the elliptical workouts when I had some hip pain. I noticed a pretty steep decline in my endurance on my run/walk sessions. So, I am going back to my 4x4 training twice a week.

Recap - Bike 184 miles, run/walk/elliptical - 147 miles. I have gotten my time down to about 12:15 to 12:30 per mile over 7 mile average.
