So this week i went home to Vermont, from California.  I picked the week where Vermont broke the heat and humidity index three days in a row.  Fun Fun.

7/28  4 mile speed work

7/29/  4 mile hill work

7/30  5 mile run

7/31  Rest day

8/1  9 mile beach run...

8/2  5 mile hill run
