Weekly Workouts 7/27 - 8/2
This is yet another weird week for me. I'm leaving for GenCon on Thursday and will be there through Sunday. I have, however, signed up for some fitness classes there so that will be exciting! I'm still working on getting my hip sorted out. I saw the orthopedist again last Friday and I've got an MRI for Wednesday. I'll follow up with the ortho again on the 7th and I start physical therapy on the 11th.

Tu - bowflex, yoga class
W - yoga class, relaxation class, personal training
Th - yoga in evening
F - yoga class, belly dancing class (eep), tai chi class
Sa - treadmill, yoga in hotel room
Su - tai chi class, qigong class
And, of course, lots and lots of walking around at the convention.

The main goal of the week is to break the 30 minute mark for a 5k.
M- 10k training in the AM, T25 after work, 5k training while pushing the stroller in the PM

w- 2 mile run in the AM, T25 after work, 5k training while pushing the stroller in the PM
Th- Run a 5k in under 30 minutes!
F- Going camping so probably a good long hike in the forest.
Sa- More hiking. Maybe a mountain run.
