Monday - travel back home, 12 hours in the car, off day.
Tuesday - 7.2 miles walked. 1:56 I had some weird pain in the inner thigh/hip area. I think it was due to sitting so long in the car on Monday.
Wednesday - 5.1 miles walked/ run in1:05. Took to Tylenol and no pain. I was able to get in a couple of sub 13 minute miles. 36 miles walked/run so far for July.
Thursday - 5.1 miles in 1:15. Just could not get moving very fast today. More walking than running.
Friday - A good day for me. I ran/walked 7.1 miles in 1:30. I did 10k in 1:18:06 which is my fastest so far.

For some reason, I cannot edit my post. It is a browser problem, not OH related.
Saturday - I did 5 miles today. 4 miles walked/run in 1 hour. After the 1st mile walking, I ran 1 mile as hard as I could in 10:08. I still have to stop and walk some but that is my fastest mile by far. So, total 5 miles in 1:10:08.
