Weekly Workouts 7/6-7/12
Yay! I'm home from Norway and have a week at home before I'm back in PA for chemo with my dad! That means I can try to do my "normal" exercise stuff. I'm not sure if I'll be able to run this week - my hip was still pretty bad last week with all the walking in Norway. Ditto for Aikido for the same reason.
Monday - yoga at home
Tuesday - 10k training and yoga stretching if possible or bowflex, yoga class, aikido if possible
Wednesday - yoga class, relaxation class, personal training
Thursday - 10k training and yoga stretching if possible or bowflex, aikido if possible
Friday - piyo class, tai chi class, pilates class
Saturday - 10k training and yoga stretching if possible or bowflex
Sunday - 10k training and yoga stretching if possible or yoga
And I'm realizing that when I can start running again I'm going to need to figure out how to fit in time on the bowflex..
How about you? What's your exercise for the week look like?

Good to see everyone doing healthy activities!
My schedule for the week is to taper as I am doing my 1st Triathalon this Sunday in Mattapoissett,MA. It is a Sprint Tri which calls for 1/4 mile swim, 10 mile bike, and 3.5 run. Seriously nervous, but excited at the same time!!
Have a happy healthy week...
Yours in WLS Journey,
Bill Mac
Good luck, Bill!

We will believe it when it happens. Been a weird year for weather in Texas this year. Has to be the coolest I have experienced in my 52 years. San Antonio has not been over 93 this year. Normally, we average 95 plus with a least 4 or 5 days over 100.
