Weekly Work Outs - 6-29 to 7-5 Happy Fourth of July
I am taking my two oldest grand kids up to NW Ark to visit a friend later this week. Lots of good hiking trails.
I should end the month with 120 miles walked/ran and another 55 miles biking. For July, I would like to go for 120 miles walked/ran and 120 miles biked.
Monday - 4.6 miles walked/ran in 67 minutes. Pretty humid this morning.
Tuesday - 5.2 miles walked/ran iin 65 minutes. Still humid but felt better.
Wednesday - 6.6 miles walked/ran in 1:40.
Thursday - off day
Friday- 8.1 miles in 1:53
Saturday -7 miles in 1:45
Sunday - 3.15 miles in 44 minutes.

Sun - 60 mins Boot Camp (in Massachusetts at bf's gym)

Pretty good week. 34+ miles run/walk. My times were slower than I wanted, but not too bad.
