Weekly Workouts 6/22-6/28
I'll be in PA with my parents this week since my dad is starting chemo again this week. I've got a punch pass for their gym, so I'm hoping to get a random fitness class in on Wednesday. In addition, I saw the orthopedist on Friday and got a cortisone injection in my hip and a diagnosis of bursitis. Hopefully I'll be able to start running next week - my hip is already feeling better thanks to the shot!

Tuesday - yoga
Wednesday - yoga, random fitness class

Gwen, I was wondering how your appt went. Glad to hear you're feeling better. Keep healing.
I did a 5K on Saturday and broke my PR. 28:22 (9:09 min mile). I came in 4th in my age group - just missed a medal!! My (14-y-o) daughter cried when I crossed the finish line. She comes to my races for moral support. My (16.5 y-o) son comes too and he runs them with me, but he's a little slower than me ;-) I'm just thrilled that he runs them at all :)
Mon - Zumba
Tues - 3 mile run
Wed - Zumba (75 mins)
Thurs - Speed work / run
Fri - 3 mile run
