Monday - 7 mile bike ride in 34 minutes.
Tuesday - 2 miles 4x4 interval training on elliptical in 18 minutes. 4 miles running in 52 minutes did intervals of .1/.05 miles. .5 miles walking in 9 minutes.
Wednesday - 2 miles on the elliptical in 15.5 minutes, 2 miles intervals of .1/.1 in 27 minutes, 2 miles walking 35 minutes.
Thursday - 4.5 miles run/walk in 65 minutes. 10.5 mile bike ride in 48 minutes.
Friday - .5 mile on treadmill, just could not get motivated. Raining so no outside run/walk. Hip is bothering me and doc advises no elliptical for now. So, a rest day.
Saturday - 4 mile run/walk in 50 minutes. then 4 miles walking in 1:12. I think 7 miles is my limit for feeling good. I got home and my feet hurt. Not that I am seriously considering one, but a 1/2 marathon would be impossible for me right now.. I could do 1/4 in the morning and 1/4 in the afternoon.
