My life is completely off the rails right now due to my dad's cancer.  I've also managed to do something to my right hip and running is exacerbating it, so I'm taking a break from running (and Aikido****il it feels better.  I'm seeing my orthopedist on the 19th.

Monday - yoga at home
Tuesday - bowflex at home, yoga class
Wednesday - yoga class
Thursday - bowflex at home, yoga at home
Friday - (in PA) yoga at home
Saturday - (in PA) yoga at home, maybe a walk or run if my hip is feeling better
Sunday - (in PA) yoga at home, maybe a walk or run if my hip is feeling better

(I'm pretty limited as to what I can do when I'm in PA, but I had a new yoga mat shipped to my parents' house, so that'll make life a little easier.)

How about you?

It's definitely a good idea to take a break till you feel better. I know I had hurt my left shoulder, not sure how I hurt it, & it was pretty painful to lift it. Thankfully it's much better now.

Sunday Bike ride to & from work, get 10 thousand steps in

Monday Bike ride to & from work, ride an additional 20 minutes, get 10 thousand steps in

Tuesday Bike ride to & from work, get 10 thousand steps in, incorporate stairs

Wednesday Bike ride to & from work, ride an additional 20 minutes, get 10 thousand steps in

Thursday Free ride, no time limit, include weights

Friday Bike ride to & from work, get 10 thousand steps in, incorporate stairs

Saturday toss up between riding or walking to work, includes weights

I really want to ride as much as possible while the weather is nice & build up speed & endurance
