Work Out 6/1 - 6/7

Monday  On a plane coming home from Spain

Tuesday:  4 mile treadmill run

Wednesday Rest (jet lag)

Thursday:  4 mile run, 1 hour training session

Friday:  5 Mile run

Satuday: Rest

Sunday: 6 mile run  1:08  best time ever.
