Mon - 5 mile walk - walked at a fairly brisk pace - legs just did not feel like running.
Tues - off
Wed - 4 mile run
Thu - 4x4 intervals on elliptical for 4 miles in 35 minutes
Fri - 2 miles in 17 minutes on elliptical, 3.5 mile rulk(run/walk, a new word I came up with on my rulk this morning) in 52 minutes.

Monday: 2000 mts swim in 40min!
Tues: early am run#1= 5mi, mid am run #2= 3mi speedwork, late am bike ride= 10mi
Weds: marathon group run
Thurs: swim or bike
Fri: 5-6mi run
Sat: trail run
Sun: marathon group long run

I managed to completely forget that today was Monday thanks to the holiday. Last week I was successful in doing all the exercise I had planned on doing. Although Pound class was cancelled due to graduation and I've decided to drop it all together due to the way it makes me feel and the fact that no one else shows up for it anymore. So that's sort of a relief.
Monday: yoga at home
Tuesday: 10k training (3 mi + strides), yoga stretching, yoga class, aikido
Wednesday: yoga class, personal training
Thursday: 10k training (4 mi easy), yoga stretching, aikido
Friday: piyo class, tai chi class, pilates class
Saturday: 10k training (2 mi + strides), yoga stretching
Sunday: 10k training (5 mi run), yoga stretching

Sun - Zumba class at Y at home
