So much boot camping for you!  Wow!  

I had planned to start Aikido in May, after my reunion weekend and choir.  I couldn't start during choir season due to scheduling, but I'm going to try to go twice a week as often as possible between now and when choir/school starts in September.

M - 4x4 Interval training on elliptical - 3.5 miles in 32 minutes.  Avg HR 148.

T - 5.3 miles in 1:15 avg HR 132

W - 4x4 Interval training 28 minutes 3.1 miles on elliptical,  2 mile run in 26 mins.

T - 6 mile run in 1:19 Avg HR 152

F - 10 mile walk/run   mostly walk.  This was way too far for me.

S - Rest

S - 4.5 miles in 1:02, Avg HR 152

Surgery Date 04-22-14 HW 2011 388(lost 60lbs on WW, regained 40) Surgery Consult Weight 1/10/14 - 367 SW 357 - CW 9/15 210.

Stalls are your body's way of telling you not to get too cocky.

You are an exercising machine. So proud of you. You will be at goal before  too long with that regime.

Thanks!  Goal seems forever away, but I'll get there.  Especially if I reign in my eating habits that have been a bit ridiculous recently.
