I ran 4 miles yesterday
That's the longest I've ever run. All throughout the Blue Hills of Milton, MA (for my Mass. friends). It was so freeing. The best part was running with my boyfriend (who used to be a big time runner - he's run 3 marathons), but yet he could not keep up. Granted he is 10 years older (he turns 50 in a few weeks but he looks like he's in his 30's). He said his ego was the only thing keeping him running that fast. Hahaha...
