IT
Not sure what it is, but this morning I did not have it. I got on the ellipitical and just could not make myself go past 5 minutes. Maybe I did too much yesterday as I did 2 miles on the elliptical in the morning and afternoon. I did go for a 2.5 mile walk.
Maybe on Monday I will have it again.

I've lost IT plenty of times, sometimes I work out, sometimes not. I know at times I think I just get mentally tired & don't want to work out. I had to cut back this week when my knee & ankle started acting up. I hope to be back in full swing come Monday.
Guess that's how IT goes sometimes. LOL
