Weekly Workouts 4/6-12
Sunday - rest day, still got in 10K steps doing yard work/etc.
Monday - walked 4 miles in 1 hr 3 minutes
Tues - Walked 3.33 miles in 56 minutes
Wed - Treadmill 1 mile 15 min, Elliptical 2 miles 22 min, walked 2.2 miles in 36 mins.
Thurs & Fri will be a repeat of Wed if I have time.
On Thursday my wife has her last appt with her surgeon before her VSG on the 22nd. She had her pre-op at the hospital on Tuesday.

My Saturday was a crazy day. I got up and walked 2 miles at a slow pace of 38 minutes. Then, 3 pallets of sod were delivered to my house as due to drought and dogs, our backyard grass is gone. Between the 2 mile walk and going back and forth hauling sod from the front to the back, I had nearly 28,000 steps. With my fairly short stride I figure I walked at least 13 miles that day.
On Friday, I took the day off from work and I did a lot of yard work plus walked 3 miles in the morning for a total of nearly 24,000 steps for the day.

Thursday - AM = Treadmill 1 mile 15 minutes, Elliptical 2 miles in 22 minutes, walked 1.5 miles outside. PM - Elliptical 2 miles in 20 minutes. Barbell weights for 20 minutes.
Friday - 5 minutes on elliptical - walked 2.5 miles outside in 51 minutes.
