Weekly Workouts 4/6-12
I'm finally home again for an extended period of time so I can try to get myself back on track with my regular exercise schedule. I'm trying out a new class this week - Pound.
Mon - yoga
Tue - 5k training and yoga stretching
Wed - yoga
Thur - 5k training and yoga stretching, pound class
Fri - piyo class, tai chi class, pilates class
Sat - 5k #4!!!
Sun - yoga

Training was off last week due to illness but this is more for fun than anything. IM CHOO 70.3 is 5/17 and that is where all my work has been dedicated.
It will be interesting as this is the exact same race that was my First ever Tri.

My loaner bike is in the shop, so hopefully will be adding rides to my workouts by next month....
Monday: am swim, 1000mts
Tuesday: am 6.5mi run, pm 4.5 mi trail run
Wednesday: am swim, 1000 mts
Thursday: 6.25mi am run (incl hill work)
Friday: 1000 mts swim (22 min! Included flip turns for whole thing!)
Saturday: cross country 8k race (almost 10 min slower than last year at 1:03something...)
Sunday: 10.75mi long run, with detours to see some neighborhood cherry blossoms
