i am impressed by your 1000m swim. I am learning to swim for a tri and am working towards 1500 m but no where near yet. On the plus side my run tonight seemed easy which was never how I would have described running in the past.
Agree...ready for the spring and move on from a challenging winter!

I'm in PA again this week, so no fitness classes for me. I miss them. I might drag my mom to her gym on Wednesday and do some random class there. We'll see.

I'm SO FREAKING HAPPY to be running outside again! I've missed it so much. The treadmill is a necessary evil and I'd rather run on it than not run at all, but being outside is glorious. Even with the hills that are around my parents' house.

With the warm weather approaching and my goal to lose another 35lbs I've started a "Beach Body" workout program called the 21 day fix. Although I've seen great success so far with my weight loss I've been slacking lately in the fitness department. This is my way of getting back on track and enforcing my commitment to change. These are exercise videos and they are all 30 minutes long. The difficulty intensifies during the week.
Monday: Total Body Cardo fix
Tuesday: Upper fix
Wednesday: Leg fix
Thursday: Pilates fix
Friday: Cardio fix
Saturday: Dirty 30 fix
Sunday: Yoga fix
I've done M-F so far and my muscles are KILLING me! But I've lost 2 lbs since Monday and I'm feeling great!
