Thanks! I saw a meme the other day that said "if you want to run with me, you better be prepared to walk a lot." :D
When I started out doing intervals, I'd run for 30 seconds and walk for 4 minutes and 30 seconds. For this last 5k, I did 9 minutes running and 1 minute walking!
