What are the best exercise methods to cut the belly fat??
Hi Lisa
To answer your question there isn't really one go to exercise for this in my opinion, but a collective effort. Fat around the belly can be Visceral fat which is surrounds you organs, and subcutaneous which is directly under the skin. Activities like running, and interval workouts can help burn this fat. The other thing to consider is that one of the causes of belly fat under the skin is stress, the better you can manage or eliminate it will provide you with some fat loss benefit. Diet also plays a role, ideally getting carbs from whole foods such as sweet potatoes, and raw veggies, and your protein from the usual sources (unless you are vegetarian). Dont be afraid of fat, our bodies need it to produce hormones, as well as for energy. Combine all of this with some planks and you have a very ab shaping routine

Exercise or no exercise you won't be able to lose the weight if you don't cut your food intake but we all know that's pretty hard, right? A good appetite suppressant can help you out big time but it has to be natural or you can get into serious heath problems.
I lost 38 lbs in 2 months by using garcinia cambogia extract (FDA approved 100% natural). In my first month 26 and then 12 the second month. I was an emotional eater and these supplements changed my life. They act like an appetite suppressant so I didn't feel like eating anymore. Not hungry anymore -> Lower calories -> Lose weight, simple as that. I did no exercises just 20 minutes walks 5 days a week.
It's been 4 months since I lost the weight and I did not gain any pounds back, actually I lost another 5 lbs (I stop taking them after I lost the weight).
Sadly, there is no way to spot reduce.

Cheapest way is to go onto Youtube and type in "Core Exercises". See which videos look good and try them out. Like others have said, you really can't spot reduce in that area...But with core exercises and weight loss that area should look better. When I was dropping my weight fast, it seemed like I would reduce in different areas. Where I had put on the weight last, before RNY, was the first place I started to lose. So...My back started getting smaller, then belly-neck-butt reduced...Then the back some more...Then the belly-neck-butt and legs again. My 2 cents...
Elliptical trainer: Some of us no longer have the strong joints we had as teenagers. Jogging is out of the question and walking doesn't cut it. The good news is elliptical trainers provide an intense, low impact cardio workout. In fact, a 145-lb. person can burn about 300 calories in 30 minutes on an elliptical trainer. That's about as many calories as running burns, but without the joint wear-and-tear.
For optimal weight loss through workouts experts generally suggest high intensity interval workouts. So for example if you are going to walk as a workout or do some sort of cardio, do that thing as hard/fast as you can for a short amount of time with some rest and then again and again. For example instead of just walking for 30 minutes try speed walking, jogging or running for 4 minutes with a 2 minute break, five times.
I did this and had great success, the only issue was that my knees kept hurting! I had the worst time finding a knee brace until I found BraceAbility, they are great and offer a number of different plus size knee braces and other braces. See BraceAbility or one of their big knee braces.
