Hi everyone!! New to this board! :)

 

Monday: 5K run

Tuesday: Zumba

Wednesday: Spin class

Thursday: 2000M swim and then Zumba class

Friday: rest day

Saturday: 2-3 mile run

Sunday: 15 mile bike
