Monday: 1000mts swim, 30min
Tuesday: snow will probably nix the morning run, so probably swim, then trail run in the pm
Wednesday: rest
Thursday:rest (put our cat Ethan down, too upset to exercise)
Friday: 1000 mts swim
Saturday: trail run, 6mi, then shoveling snow in the pm
Sunday: trail "exploration" (with nearly 1 ft of snow, more hiking than running, 1.5mi), shoveling snow, 9.25mi group run
First ultra: Stone Mill 50 miler 11/15/14 13:44:38, First Full Marathon: Marine Corps 10/27/13 4:57:11, Half Marathon PR 2:04:43 at Shamrock VA Beach Half-Marathon, 12/2/12 First Half-Marathon 2:32:47, 5K PR Run Under the Lights 5K 27:23 on 11/23/13, 10K PR 52:53 Pike's Peek 10K 4/21/13, (1st timed run) Accumen 8K 51:09 10/14/12.
No worries! I'm currently sitting waiting at the lab to get my 1 year post-op blood work!
Mon - yoga at home, PT home exercises
Tue - no idea because of weather. Hopefully PT for my shoulder, 5k training and yoga stretching, and yoga class
Wed - yoga class, PT home exercises
Thur - 5k training and yoga stretching, PT home exercises
Fri - yoga at parents'
Sat - yoga at parents'
Sun - 5k training at parents' gym? My mom said their gym has an open house and I'd rather run there than on my mom's janky treadmill.

Very achey after some tough workouts this weekend.

Wednesday: body shred class and spin class
Thursday: swim training
Friday: run, TRX class
Saturday: swim lesson, TRX
Sunday: body shred class, run
that puts me one week closer to my tris in May.

IM CHOO 70.3 in May. Will be my fourth time going the 70.3 distance solo. I have IM Augusta 70.3 in September I am doing as a relay with my wife she gets the run, which for Augusta is the best part. I have 4-6 smaller races I am hoping to get this year as well.
