Tuesday 5K training
Wednesday 90 minutes of Cardio ( Bike, Running on Treadmill, elliptical)
Thursday 5 K training
Friday 90 minutes of Cardio ( Bike, Running on Treadmill, elliptical)
Saturday 5K training
Sunday 90 minutes of Cardio ( Bike, Running on Treadmill, elliptical)
Hi . I have never posted in here and since i enjoy excercise i think its a great idea!
Sunday- physical therapy- treadmill, leg press and bicycle.
Monday - walking
Tuesday gym- 30 minute work out at planet fitness, 20 minutes on the treadmill -
Wednesday physical therapy - leg press, treadmill and bicycle
Thursday - 30 minute work out at planet fitness, treadmill
Friday 30 min workout , treadmill
