Been absent for quite a while so most probably won't recognize me.

 

Monday: 1800M Swim 10X100 speed sets as the Main Set

Tuesday: 5 Mile run

Weds: Cycle/Spin 60-90 minutes

TH: 5 mile run

Friday: 1800m swim

Sat: 2 hr bike 15min run

Sun: 9 min run

Hi Paul...I do remember you my friend!!! So nice to see you post again and that your still working out...actually your weekly schedule you are Killing it!! Thanks for posting, makes me realize I need to get to working harder as I have been slacking...

I have done my best to keep pushing forward but the past couple years have been really crazy.  Things appear to be slowing down again so I am able to once again focus on the important things.

Congrats on your race!!! I am thinking of testing my feet out so I can sign up for a race this April/May! These were NSVs I put on my list before surgery (5K, 10K, etc). Now the neuropathy is OK, I think I may start training.

Sunday -- Cardio (elip and bike)

Monday -- Push day (chest, triceps, shoulders)

Tuesday -- Cardio (treadmill, elip, bike)

Wednesday -- Pull day (back, biceps)

Thursday -- Leg day

Friday -- full body weights

Saturday -- Yoga with the 5 year old

Nice job on your 5k!  Congrats. 

This is my third week of being a gym member and here's my plan:

Monday - My first day of strength training
Tuesday - Treadmill
Wednesday - Strength training
Thursday - Treadmill
Friday - Strength training
Saturday - Treadmill
