Tuesday: 5 Mile run
Weds: Cycle/Spin 60-90 minutes
TH: 5 mile run
Friday: 1800m swim
Sat: 2 hr bike 15min run
Sun: 9 min run

I have done my best to keep pushing forward but the past couple years have been really crazy. Things appear to be slowing down again so I am able to once again focus on the important things.

Congrats on your race!!! I am thinking of testing my feet out so I can sign up for a race this April/May! These were NSVs I put on my list before surgery (5K, 10K, etc). Now the neuropathy is OK, I think I may start training.
Sunday -- Cardio (elip and bike)
Monday -- Push day (chest, triceps, shoulders)
Tuesday -- Cardio (treadmill, elip, bike)
Wednesday -- Pull day (back, biceps)
Thursday -- Leg day
Friday -- full body weights
Saturday -- Yoga with the 5 year old
