Hahahaha! I love your workouts. Even though I hate snow too. I made myself a promise that I get to have a bowl of oatmeal on the first morning I have to shovel. Sadly, we're not getting snow here. Just sleety crap.

Hi all - just discovered this board and thought I'd join in! :)
I'm starting half marathon training this week - so excited!
Monday - rest day (recovering from 5k race on Sunday - tweaked my right knee a little, but it feels better today)
Tuesday - 3mi run
Wednesday - weight training and maybe some rowing
Thursday - 3mi run
Friday - rest day
Saturday - 4mi run
Sunday - weight training
Welcome to the exercise forum! And congrats on starting half marathon training! I'm starting 10k training in May and that seems super intimidating to me, I can't imagine training for a half at this point!
But then I try to remember that, a year ago, training for a 5k seemed pretty unfathomable. Heh.

Thanks, Gwen! I'm doing my first 10k in April and hope to run my first half in October - it's super intimidating to me, too, that's why I'm starting the half training now! haha. My training starts with running 3 miles and I'm doing that already, so it seems achievable and reasonable to me. But those 10-milers by the end still seem pretty wild when I've only been running since August.
Yoga seems way more intimidating than running to me!
