Weekly Workouts 1/26
Gwen -- great thread, good plan for your week! Here's mine:
Mon: 60 min HIIT at gym, followed by 60 Spin class (very intense, whoo) in the morning; snowshoeing in the afternoon
Tues: 60 swim at gym, followed by 30 min weight training with trainer followed by 30 min on bike and elliptical
Wed: Granddaughter day -- sledding in the snow and working on her snow garden :o) Swim 30 min, snowshoe 25 min
Thurs: HIIT 60 min & Spin class for 60 min. in the morning; evening is 30 min weights and I might swim laps after
Friday: I am putting on my ice shoes (running shoes with screws in the soles that the running store put on for me) and I am going out for 5K. Wish me luck, I am terrified of falling....but I'm gonna give it a try!! If it goes well, then I'll def be adding more running.
Saturday: Swim laps for 60 min (my semi-rest day)
Sunday: Swim 30 min followed by 60 min yoga
